I have trained with the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) in Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage Therapy. Prior to this I studied Sport & Exercise Science at the University of Wales, followed by a Masters in Sports Science at Loughborough University in 2010.
Since graduating I have been fortunate enough to work in various high-performance environments. This includes managing the British Skeleton team whilst abroad for International competition, and contributing to the organisation of the player medical requirements for the Rugby World Cup 2015.
To date I have provided advanced sports massage therapy to a wide variety of individuals, to include recreational triathletes and runners, England Athletics, British Swimming and the England Rugby Sevens in preparation for Rio 2016.
I have had a keen interest in sport from a young age and currently train and compete in triathlon. I am passionate about helping athletes and individuals from any athletic or even inactive backgrounds, to improve their health and well-being through relieving aches, pains and injuries.
