Back in Action!

The Recovery Studio is ready to welcome you back from Monday 6th July!

Following government guidelines and the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage guidelines, I will be opening up appointments to start Monday 6th July. Please book as normal by either emailing me at info@therecoverystudio.co.uk, or by calling or texting 07843643112.

Booking slots will begin as follows:

Monday PM - Glove Factory Studios

Tuesday ALL DAY - Glove Factory Studios

Wednesday PM - The Bath Practice

Friday ALL DAY - Glove Factory Studios

** Please be aware that toilet facilities at the Glove Factory Studios will not be available to use. **

In order to operate in a safe environment there are a number of guidelines which I must adhere to in order to proceed treatments. I will be wearing a face mask and strongly suggest that all clients do the same. Please bring your own mask where possible, otherwise I can supply a disposable face mask. Hand sanitiser will also be available around the treatment room. Cleanliness will be our priority, so time between clients will be maximised in order to thoroughly clean the room and treatment apparatus.

I will not be taking appointments for those who are vulnerable, or anybody from a household which is presenting any of the following symptoms:

• high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

• new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

• loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
