What To Expect
On initial consultation the source of the pain and underlying musculoskeletal dysfunction will be explored. This may include lifestyle and medical based questionnaires, as well as a detailed postural and range of movement assessment.
The soft tissue treatment will be individually tailored based on the specific issues presented. These can include a range of advanced sports massage techniques, acupuncture or taping and may require the patient to continue prescribed self-remedial exercises between treatments.
Pricing
All appointments are approximately 45 minutes, consisting of a brief assessment and consultation, followed by the neccessary treatment - £45.00
